All key Asian stocks ended higher today. South Korea’s Kospi rose 1.90 per cent, Singapore’s Straits Times index jumped one percent and Hong Kong’s Hang Seng Index soared 0.80 per cent. Japan’s Nikkei-225 and China’s Shanghai Composite index also ended higher.   All major European markets were trading higher. France’s CAC was trading 0.43 percent up, London’s FTSE was 0.24 per cent higher and Germany’s DAX was 0.07 per cent up when reports last came in. U.S. stocks fell in choppy trading yesterday as investors assessed the Federal Reserve’s interest rate stance and a batch of soft earnings early in the financial reporting season. The Nasdaq Composite slipped 1.15 per cent, the S&P 500 lost 0.58 per cent and the Dow Jones Industrial Average fell 0.12 per cent.
