The maiden Kerala Games- 2022, a mega multi-sporting event conducted by the Kerala Olympics Association will get underway in Thiruvananthapuram on Sunday.
The event was formally inaugurated by the State Sports Minister V. Abdurahiman at the Kerala University Stadium on Saturday evening.
The 10-day event will feature competitions in 24 sports disciplines at over 10 venues. Sportspersons from across the State are expected to participate. A marathon will be held in the capital in the early hours tomorrow ahead of the event.
