Kerala registered 8,909 COVID positive cases today, taking the Active caseload in the state to 80,555. Ernakulam recorded the maximum number of 1,233 cases. The Test Positivity Rate dropped slightly to 10.34 per cent. In all, 8,780 recoveries and 65 deaths were also reported. A total of 86,111 samples were tested in the state during past 24 hours.
