Kalpana Kumari of Sheohar district in Bihar has topped the NEET 2018, declared this afternoon. Native of Narwara village of the district, and student of Navodaya Vidyalaya, Kalpana secured 691 marks out of 720. She got 100 per cent marks in Biology. Chief Minister Nitish Kumar congratulated her for the achievement.
