Bharatiya Rashtriya Samiti (BRS) MLC K Kavitha today appeared before the Enforcement Directorate office today, after being summoned by the agency in connection with a money laundering case related to the alleged irregularities in the Delhi excise policy case.
The ED on 16th of this month had issued a fresh summon to Telangana Chief Minister K Chandrashekhar Rao’s daughter Kavitha to join its ongoing investigation in the case today. The federal agency had issued the fresh summon as Kavitha refused to attend the ED interrogation on 16th of this month citing a pending petition in the Supreme Court.
