Four militants have been killed and an army para commando lost his life in an encounter with security forces in Shopian district today morning. Two army personnel were injured in the gunfight.
Security sources said, based on specific information about the presence of terrorists in Nadigam area, the forces had launched a search operation in the wee hours. State DGP, Dilbag Singh told media that arms and ammunition recovered from the spot.
