Two soldiers and a civilian were killed as Pakistani troops violated the ceasefire in Tangdhar sector of Kupwara district in Jammu and Kashmir today. Police said, eight people including three army personnel also injured.
They said, six houses have also been damaged in Pakistani shelling. Pakistan Army fired mortar shells and resorted to indiscriminate firing with automatic weapons from across the border targetting forward post and civilian areas along the Line of Control.
Indian troops retaliated and hit the Pakistani bunkers. Indian Army said Indian forces caused heavy damages and casualty to the Pakistani side.
