Two Central Reserve Police Force personnel sustained injuries as terrorists attack a CRPF camp at Tral town in south Kashmir’s Pulwama district late last night.

CRPF spokesman Rajesh Yadav told media that terrorist lobbed a UBGL grenade at CRPF camp of 180th battalion in main town. He said two CRPF personnel sustained injuries. Reports said the terrorists took advantage of darkness and fled from the spot. Soon after the attack, additional reinforcements were rushed to the area in bid to nab the attackers.

In another incident, terrorists late last night fired at the residence of former minister Ghulam Hassan Khan in Shopian district of south Kashmir, triggering panic in the area. Reports said these terrorist were also escaped from the place. The security forces later searched the area in bid to nab them. Reports said Khan was present in the house when the firing took place.

Khan is an old Congress man but won the election on PDP mandate in 2002. He became a minister as well and later returned to Congress.
