Students of Jamia Millia Islamia University stage protest against Citizenship Amendment Act. Delhi Police have reportedly detained the protesting students
The students were holding a silent march from Jamia Millia Islamia to Parliament against the Citizenship Amendment Act.
Delhi police have reportedly detained protesting students after they started their march from Gate number 1. The police reportedly also lathi-charged the students. Students of Jamia Millia Islamia alleged that police have beaten up many students severely and hurled abuses at them.
