Vice President Hamid Ansari has assured Indian diaspora in Rwanda that New Delhi will soon open a High Commission in that country. Addressing the Indian community in Kigali, capital city of Rwanda, he said, India will also start a direct flight between the two countries.
Mr Ansari is on a five-day visit to Rwanda and Uganda. Vice President Hamid Ansari was accorded a red carpet reception by the host government.
