Government sources said in New Delhi that India will push for justice for 26/11 victims and will raise the issue of ISI’s link with Kashmir separatism in the talks. The two sides will announce a series of confidence building measure aimed at expanding trade and travel between the two parts of Kashmir. Pakistan’s foreign minister Hina Rabbani Khar will reach New Delhi tomorrow for talks with her Indian counterpart S.M. Krishna.
Sources said that Ms. Rabbani has also sought a meeting with the Prime Minister Dr. Manmohan Singh. Government sources added that the need for an atmosphere free from terror is important for meaningful talks and the two sides will review the process and chart the way forward.
