External Affairs Ministry today clarified that government has not handed over any list of specific Constitutional amendments or changes to Nepal government. MEA spokesperson Vikas Swarup said in a statement that without being prescriptive on specific clauses, New Delhi continues to urge that differences should be resolved through dialogue in an atmosphere free from violence. Earlier, media reports claimed that Indian government had conveyed seven amendments to Nepal’s leadership.
