India has decided to extend electronic visa facility to the Chinese nationals. Prime Minister Narendra Modi made the announcement while addressing the students of Tsinghua University in Beijing this afternoon.
In his address, Prime Minister said that India is hugely investing in the next generation infrastructure projects. Mr Modi said, India and China’s reemergence is a milestone in the 21st century. He said India is taking sweeping steps to bolster its economy by attracting Foreign Direct Investment in Insurance sector.
Mr Modi said, the government is using digital technology for single window clearance of big infrastructure projects. Mr Modi also recalled India’s historic and civilizational ties with China. Prime minister’s speech is on when the reports last came in.
