In Uttar Pradesh, preparations are full swing in the historical town of Mathura and other areas of the Braj region for Janamshtami celebrations tomorrow. However ancient Keshav dev temple of Mathura is celebrating Janmashtami today. Janmashtami is also being celebrated with enthusiasm and religious fervour in some parts of Uttarakhand today. The President, Vice President and Prime Minister have greeted the nation on the occasion of Janmashtami.
