India and Russia have signed five agreements including construction of third stage of Kodankulam nuclear power plant along with credit protocol.
Other agreements relate to granting access to rospatent experts to Indian digital library of traditional knowledge, promotion of export of precious stones and jewelry of India and cultural exchanges.
Russia will always support India in its fight against terrorism: Putin
Russian President Vladimir Putin asserted that no matter where the threat of terrorism comes, it is unacceptable and we will always support India in its fight against terrorism. Refusing to have any tight military relations with Pakistan, he said, Russia’s relations with Pakistan will not have any impact on trade between India and Russia.
He said that Russia’s trust-based relations with India will not be diluted by Moscow’s growing ties with Pakistan and other countries.
