Talking to media persons after arriving here at Ethiopian capital in the first leg of six day visit to Ethiopia and Tanzania, Dr Singh said that India looks upon Africa as a new growth pole of the global economy and wants to be partners in making a success of this process.
The Prime Minister Dr. Manmohan Singh would co chair the 2nd India-Africa Forum Summit at Addis Ababa Ethiopia tomorrow. The second Africa-India Forum Summit will be a landmark event that will, for the first time, bring together a large gathering of African leaders to meet with India on African soil.
