Gujrat’s Chief Minister Vijay Rupani termed the messages circulating in social media about the ‘re-imposition of lockdown’ in the state as rumours.
The Chief Minister clarified that no such plan is even under consideration of the government. In his appeal to the citizens yesterday, the Chief Minister urged the people not to be misled by such rumours.
Mr. Rupani also said that the situation in the state is returning to normalcy after unlocking from June 1. The businesses, trades and economic activities have resumed in the state, therefore the state government is not considering the re-imposition of the lockdown.
