Prime Minister and senior BJP leader Narendra Modi today said that his Government would stand firmly behind farmers from Maharashtra and Gujrat affected by rains and hailstorm in the last 2 to 3 days.

He said that if NDA again comes to power, a separate Jalshakti Mantralaya will be constituted to resolve the water problem.

Mr. Modi was addressing an election rally at Akluj town from Madha Loksabha Constituency in Solapur district of Maharashtra. He said that India needs Majboot Sarkar and not Majboor Sarkar and assured that if NDA comes to power not a single corrupt person will be spared and we will enter the den of terrorists to teach them a lesson.

Mr. Modi highlighted various developmental schemes implemented by NDA Government in various sectors like Agriculture, Industry and Service sector.

Speaking on the occasion, Maharashtra Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis said that Madha area which is in the rain shadow area will march towards Green Revolution because of the work done in the irrigation sector in the last five years.
