The directions were issued in an emergency meeting called by the Chief Minister at his official residence Varsha, here. State Home Minister R. R. Patil, Mumbai Police Commissioner Arup Patnaik, Joint Commissioner of Police (Crime) Himanshu Roy, Joint Commissioner of Police (Law and order) Rajnish Seth and several senior government officers attended the meeting.
