Prime Minister Narendra Modi Saturday said NDA government has successfully kept inflation under control.
Mr Modi was interacting with booth level workers from Tamil Nadu’s Kanyakumari, Nilgiris, Coimbatore, Namakkal and Salem through video conferencing as part of BJP’s Mera Booth Sabse Mazboot initiative.
Mr Modi said consistent high inflation was hurting citizens under previous government. The Prime Minister said his government is the most farmer friendly government.
He highlighted that the Minimum Support Price has been increased to ensure that farmers get at least 150 per cent of the cost of production.
