The Government has decided to prorogue Monsoon Session of Parliament. Finance Minister Arun Jaitley told reporters that the decision to prorogue the session was taken during the meeting of Cabinet Committee on Parliamentary Affairs.
Jaitley said, Congress is not very much forthcoming on supporting the government over the passage of key legislations including the Goods and Service Tax bill.
