The Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology has blocked 40 websites of Sikhs For Justice (SFJ), an unlawful organization under the provisions of Unlawful Activities Prevention Act.
The organization had launched a campaign for registering supporters for its cause. On recommendation of the Union Home Ministry today, the Electronics Ministry issued orders under relevant sections of I.T. Act, 2000, for blocking the websites of SFJ.
