Flooding in Texas has led to the death of at least 12 people, including the five Fort Hood soldiers who died on Thursday when their Army truck flipped during a flash flood, The Huffington Post reports. The US state of Texas has been affected by major rain storms and floods. Governor Greg Abbott has declared a state of emergency in 31 of the state’s counties.
