PATNA: Police has lodged FIRs  against RJD Chief Lalu Prasad and former CM Rabri Devi for allegedly violating the model code of conduct.

The two leaders reportedly took their security guards inside a booth of the Digha Assembly constituency in Patna to cast votes in the Assembly polls.

The FIRs were registered by Digha Block Development Officer Ashok Kumar at the Patna Airport police station against Lalu Prasad and Rabri Devi. According to the rules, a VIP is not allowed to take bodyguards or commandos within a radius of 100 metre of a polling booth.
