Union Minister of State for Home, Kiren Rijiju and National Conference leader Farooq Abdullah today hailed the security forces after top Lashkar-e-Toiba commander Abu Dujana was killed in an encounter in the Kashmir Valley.
Dujana, a Pakistani national, wanted in connection with many attacks on security forces, and his aide were killed in Pulwama district.
Talking to media outside Parliament, Rijiju said the security forces are taking proper action, be it in Jammu and Kashmir or in some other part of the country.
Another Minister of State for Home, Hansraj Ahir said the crackdown on terrorists and separatists will continue. He said the government wants peace in Kashmir at any cost.
Replying to queries outside Parliament, Farooq Abdullah hoped that security forces will continue this good work so that there is peace in the state.
