Election campaign is getting momentum as the elections coming closer in Punjab and Goa. Congress Vice President Rahul Gandhi, who is on a three day visit to Punjab will address his second rally in Jalalabad today.
Prime Minister Narender Modi will address his second rally at Kotkapura tomorrow in the home district of Chief Minister Parkash Singh Badal. He had addressed a rally in Jalandhar yesterday.
Aam Aadmi Party Chief Arvind Kejriwal is also in Punjab addressing rallies and holding roadshows. BSP president Mayawati is also scheduled to visit the state. Punjab will go to polls on 4th of February.
Campaigning for the Goa assembly polls has also gained momentum with major political parties intensifying their efforts to woo the voters. With just 7 days left for campaigning, the parties have thrown weight of their star campaigners behind the candidates to woo the voters.
Prime Minister Narendra Modi will address an election rally this evening at capital city Panaji. Congress vice president Rahul Gandhi is also expected to arrive for the last leg of campaign in the state. Goa will go to polls on February 4.
