External Affairs Minister Dr S Jaishankar spoke to Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov this evening. During their conversation, they discussed the follow up of the Annual Summit and 2 plus 2 Meeting. In a tweet, Dr Jaishankar said they exchanged New Year greetings and agreed to remain in regular touch.
