External Affairs Minister Dr S Jaishankar today congratulated Minister of Industry and Advanced Technology of UAE, Dr. Sultan Ahmed Al Jaber, on becoming COP 28 President. In his message, Dr Jaishankar said the UAE Minister’s comprehensive experience of energy and climate change bodes well for a successful COP 28.
