A statement of Intent to this effect was signed between Department of Posts and UIDAI in presence of Union Minister of Communications and IT, Mr. Kapil Sibal and UIDAI Chairman Nandan Nilekani here today. Speaking on the occasion, Mr Sibal said that this will also help provide people the facility of enrollment and updations in post offices. He said that more than 3700 post offices across the country have been identified for providing enrolment facility.
