National Capital Delhi continues to witness a drop in new coronavirus cases as 12,651 fresh infections were recorded in the last 24 hours. 13,306 people were discharged during the same period and 319 fatalities were also recorded. The test positivity rate came down to 19.10 per cent, which is the lowest since April 16 this year. On April 22, a positivity rate of unprecedented 36.2 per cent was recorded. The national capital at present has 85,258 active cases.
