Delhi State Election Commission today issued a notification for the election to Municipal Corporation of Delhi (MCD).
Delhi State Election Commission today issued a notification for the election to Municipal Corporation of Delhi (MCD). With the issuance of notification, the process of filing of nomination has begun. The candidates can file the nomination between 11 AM and 3 PM on all working days including Saturday. The last date for filing nomination is 14th of this month.
The election for 250 MCD wards will be held on 4th of next month and the counting will take place on 7th of December. Electronic Voting Machines (EVM) will be used in this election. At present, there are over one crore 46 lakh 73 thousand voters in the national Capital.
