Delhi Directorate of Education will begin the online admission process for classes 6 to 9 in government schools for the academic year 2024-25 from today. The online registration forms will be made available on the official website of the department. As per the circular issued by the directorate, students who are presently studying and placed under the National Service Scheme (NSO) in government and government-aided schools should approach their last attended school for further assistance regarding their transfer and readmission.   

This year, the admission process will be carried out in three cycles. The online registration of applicants in the first cycle will begin today at 12 pm and the deadline for registration is 17th April. The display of school allotment for this cycle will be made available on 29th April. The submission and verification documents for admission will be carried out from 30th April to 10th of next month. Whereas, the online registration of applicants in the second cycle will begin on 15th April and the third cycle will commence on 10th May.
