COVID-19 recovery rate has reached 55.26 percent in Manipur after 22 persons were discharged from hospital today following recovery from coronavirus. The total number of people cured from the infection so far has increased to 793 in the state now surpassing the number of active cases which stands at 642.
Five persons were tested positive for coronavirus in the state in last twenty four hours. The total number of COVID-19 cases in the state has risen to 1435.
Meanwhile the Indian Council of Medical Research has sent 15,000 Rapid Antigen Test Kits to Manipur. The State government provided 300 kits to health authorities in Jiribam today and remaining kits will also be distributed to other districts of the State.
