The United States Senate has passed an unparalleled 2.2- trillion-dollar economic rescue package steering aid to businesses, workers and health care systems engulfed by the Coronavirus pandemic. The unanimous vote came late yesterday. The 880-page measure is the largest economic relief bill in US history.
When asked how long the aid would keep the economy afloat, Treasury Secretary Steven Mnuchin said, they have anticipated three months and hopefully, it would not be needed this for three months.
