BJP govt in Gujarat failed to provide employment to youth: Rahul

Prime Minister Narendra Modi today alleged that Congress was once again trying to divide people on caste and communal lines.
Addressing a public rally in Bhavnagar in Gujarat this afternoon, he said, Congress has learnt to use the divide and rule policy from country’s colonial rulers. He said, Gujarat has grown due to the power of peace, unity and goodwill.
Appealing to the Congress to stick to the truth, Mr Modi said, people of the state do not like poll time lollipops and false promises.
The Prime Minister said, successive Congress governments in Gujarat ignored the tribal communities.
He highlighted that the state BJP government has given primacy to quality infrastructure, including roads, education and healthcare in tribal dominated areas.
Mr Modi also addressed public meetings in Junagarh, Dharampur and Jamnagar.
On the other hand, Congress Vice President Rahul Gandhi today said, BJP government in the state has failed to provide employment to the youth.
Saying that 7th Pay Commission is not being implemented, he asked why the pay for fixed workers is at 5500 rupees and contract workers at 10,000 rupees.
