The Congress has expressed concern over the current political situation in Nepal. The party has requested Prime Minister Narendra Modi to find out a diplomatic solution. Briefing media today in New Delhi, party spokesperson Abhishek Manu Singhvi said that Nepal has been the very old friend and India should deal with the current situation in the Himalayan nation with diplomatic finesse.
Accusing the government of partial failure at diplomatic level, Mr Singhvi said, there is a need to take concrete steps to maintain cordial and friendly relations with the neighbouring country.
