The Congress party on Saturday demanded resignations of four union ministers, over the allegations of having conflict of interest, by serving as Directors in a non-governmental organisation, while holding key positions of governance.
Addressing a press conference here, Mr Sibal, quoting media reports, said Defence Minister Nirmala Sitharaman, External Affairs Minister Sushma Swaraj, Finance Minister Arun Jaitley, Commerce and Industry Minister Suresh Prabhu, apart from Prasar Bharti Chairman Surya Prakash and BJP General Secretary Ram Madhav, were serving as Directors of NGO or rather a trust, called India Foundation.
