Chief of Army Staff General Upendra Dwivedi today interacted with Indian Defence Accounts Service probationers in New Delhi. The Indian Army said that during the interaction, General Dwivedi highlighted the evolving character of warfare and underscored the importance of a strong, symbiotic military-civil relationship in advancing the modernisation of the Armed Forces.
Army Staff exhorted the probationers to synergise their efforts with the Army to enhance operational efficiency and capacity building across all domains.
He further encouraged them to develop a deep understanding of service conditions and operational requirements, while fostering a proactive, solution-oriented approach aligned with the Armed Forces’ future roadmap.
