CBI to forms SIT to study CAG report on CWG

SIT would be headed by a Joint Director, will also work together with other investigating agencies like the Income Tax Department and Enforcement Directorate.  The CAG report has accused Delhi CM  Sheila Dikshit for importing street lights at higher price and claimed that the exchequer suffered a loss of nearly 31 crore rupees.
According to the CAG, the Organising Committee’s performance in revenue generation was consistently poor across all major revenue streams.
