CBI today registered a fresh case against senior IAS officer of Delhi government S P Singh, at present in judicial custody, for allegedly amassing wealth disproportionate to his known sources of income.
A 1984 batch IAS officer Mr Singh, who was the Principal Secretary in the Department of SC, ST and Minorities, was arrested along with his personal assistant by CBI on December 8 for allegedly receiving bribe of 2.20 lakh for clearing bills of a security firm supplying manpower to his department.
