CBDT has issued refunds of over Rs. 1,26,909 crore to more than 39 lakh taxpayers between 1st April to 27th October this year.
In a tweet, CBDT said, Income tax refunds of Rs. 34,532 crore have been issued in over 37 lakh 21 thousand cases and corporate tax refunds of Rs. 92,376 crore have been issued in over one lakh 92 thousand cases.
