Former Finance Minister P Chidambaram today said that the budget has been prepared without listening to the voice of the ordinary citizens and knowledgeable economists.
Briefing media, Mr Chidambaram said, the budget does not disclose the allocations for the schemes like MGNAREGA, Mid-day meal scheme and Healthcare.
He said, the budget also does not disclose the total revenue, total expenditure and fiscal deficit.
