BSNL, being a trusted PSU offering a wide range of telecom services and network management, and VNL, an indigenous telecom equipment and solution provider, having developed portable emergency communications solutions, are willing to study and develop market to offer such services to NDMA/NDRF and other State Disaster Management and Relief agencies (DR agencies) in India.
The objective of this Memorandum of Understanding is to facilitate the joint development of this market.
