Prime Minister Narendra Modi has asked BJP’s Rajya Sabha members to focus on bringing in the poor and deprived sections of society into the party’s fold.
Addressing a meeting of BJP Rajya Sabha MPs in New Delhi yesterday, Mr. Modi urged them to play an effective role in Parliament to raise the issues concerning their States. He also said the MPs should play an active role in publicizing the NDA government’s initiatives among the people.
Briefing media senior BJP leader and Union Minister Ravi Shankar Prasad said, the Prime Minister asked the members to use social media for disseminating information about the achievements of the government.
