BJP Central Election Committee met in New Delhi this evening to finalize the name of party candidates for the ensuing Gujarat Assembly Elections.
Prime Minister Narendra Modi, BJP President Amit Shah, Gujarat Chief Minister Vijay Rupani and other senior leaders were present at the meeting.
The nomination process for the first phase of assembly polls is on and it will end on 21st of this month.
Nominations for the second phase will be from 20th to 27th November.
The 182 member Gujarat Assembly will go to polls in two-phases on 9th and 14th of next month.
