The Secretary General of BIMSTEC (Bay of Bengal Initiative for Multi-Sectoral Technical and Economic Cooperation) Tenzin Lekphell will arrive in Delhi on a 4-day official visit on Monday, August 22.
The Secretary General is visiting India on the invitation of Saurabh Kumar, Secretary, Ministry of External Affairs.
