Asian markets ended in green on Tuesday except Singapore’s Straits Times. Japan’s Nikkei-225 jumped 1.7 percent, Hong Kong’s Hang Seng was up at 0.6 per cent, South Korea’s Kospi gained 0.3 per cent and China’s Shanghai Composite index appreciated 0.1 percent while Singapore’s Straits Times index fell 0.1 per cent.
European Markets were all positive in intra-day trade. London’s FTSE-100 rose 0.2 per cent, Germany’s DAX added 0.3 percent while France’s CAC-40 inched up 0.3 percent when the report last came in.
