Amrit Lal Meena, a 1989-Bihar Cadre IAS officer, took over the charge of Secretary in Coal Ministry. Prior to assuming the present post, Mr. Meena was holding the charge of Special Secretary (Logistics), Department for Promotion of Industry and Internal Trade.
