Showers sops for Youths, Women

Uttar Pradesh, Chief Minister and President of Samajwadi Party Akhilesh Yadav today released manifesto for polls in state. In the manifesto he showered a series of sops for the people of the state, focusing on the 50 percent women voters and announcing several schemes of development.
Sops like free pressure cooker to poor women and Rs 1000 per month to 10-million poor under the Samajwadi Pension, along with 50 percent subsidy to women in the Government buses, were announced in Samajwadi Party poll manifesto for UP election.
Addressing the gathering at party headquarters in Lucknow, Akhilesh said, some political forces are trying to formulate new social equations but the public knows who is real well wisher of the downtrodden, farmers, women and minorities.
He said, Samajwadi Party’s focus is on how to give maximum benefit to the poorest and the weakest sections. The Chief Minister said, all the previous schemes including laptop, Samajwadi Pension, Lohiya Awas will continue in the new government if formed. He said, a Samajwadi Kisan Kosh will be launched. Akhilesh said, Samajwadi smart phone will be given to all those 1.4 crore people who have registered for it. He also promised pressure cooker to poor women besides allowing half price of ticket for women in state roadways buses.
He also promised development and participation of minorities according to their population. He claimed that all the poll promises of last manifesto have been fulfilled and they will fulfill their new promises also.
