The video that captured the horrible scene may bring tears into the eyes of those who have beating hearts. The incident was a worst example of khakhi atrocities in Bihar against the people. The horrible incidence is altogether a violation of human rights, women rights and child rights.
‘We were hoping that the state government, other than offering penny to the victim families, would take adequate actions against the culprits. But to our shock till 15 days passed no concrete action has been taken by the state government and the victim families have to rush to Delhi for justice” he said , adding that the firing was open violation of citizen’s right and the government must deal with it seriously’.
